Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager, Land
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Support project execution by assisting with site due diligence,
permitting, and stakeholder engagement
Coordinate with consultants and manage project timelines to ensure
alignment with overall project schedules
Prepare reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and
assist in managing contracts and vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science,
geosciences, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in renewable energy, real estate
development, engineering, or a similar field
Exposure to project construction and schedule management
Intermediate organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and
collaborate effectively
Ability to perform tasks under close supervision and transition to
autonomous task management
