Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor the Reinsurance Cession Team
Define and implement process improvements and prioritize team
tasks
Assist with inquiries and lead projects impacting the cession
team
Required Qualifications
Accounting or Finance Degree required
At least 5 years of accounting experience
Proven track record of process improvements
Leadership skills required
Insurance or reinsurance experience is preferred
