Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone
Responder.
Key Responsibilities
Answer high volume incoming calls from AAA Members in need of
Roadside Assistance
Accurately input Member information and determine breakdown
location using online mapping tools
Provide clear information on pending service, costs, and estimated
time of arrival
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year customer service experience, preferably in a call
center
Stable, high-speed, hard-wired internet connection required
Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class
Ability to work weekends, overtime, and/or holidays as needed
