A company is looking for a Team Leader, Account Management
responsible for managing a team and ensuring client
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Associate Account Managers and Account
Managers
Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews
for team members
Manage a select book of business while providing high-level
customer service to clients and brokers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant Account Management experience, preferably in
benefits management
Preferred associate or bachelor's degree, but not required
Proven experience as a team leader with the ability to empower team
members
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to
multi-task
Above average analytical and problem-solving skills
