Job Description:
A company is looking for a Land Rights Agent to work remotely in
the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in pre-mobilization, mobilization, and demobilization
processes for land acquisition
Negotiate and coordinate the acquisition of real property and
property rights for emergency use
Input and manage project data, including cost data and payment
schedules
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in a related field or equivalent education and/or
experience
Experience in customer service and commercial real estate
brokerage
Familiarity with real estate or right of way appraisal and public
agency/utility right of way
Knowledge of the Incident Command System and emergency response
Experience with data entry and Salesforce
