Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Partner to oversee
and manage global benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and administer benefits programs across all
geographies (Americas, EMEA, APAC)
Conduct benefits benchmarking and gap analysis to ensure
competitiveness and cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with all benefits laws and regulations across all
geographies
Required Qualifications
Multiple years of progressive benefits experience, ideally across
multiple countries
Extensive knowledge of global benefits laws and regulations
Experience with benefits modules in HR systems, preferably
Workday
Deep analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret
data
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and other
Microsoft/Google applications
