members.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages all forms of inbound contact from members, including phone
calls, emails, and texts
Provides a world-class customer experience to clients
Handles financial inquiries, including cancellation and refund
requests
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
World-class customer service skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic with a team player mentality
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and Outlook
Passionate about college athletics
