Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Access Coordinator Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and
procedures to clinical staff and patients
Gather and verify appointment, demographic, and insurance
information to support clinical and financial needs
Coordinate requests from physicians and consumers, solving routine
and complex customer problems
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or a healthcare
environment
PC knowledge and experience with various software packages
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years experience in a
healthcare setting
Experience with medical terminology, coding, and third-party
reimbursement is a plus
