Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote EAP Counselor to deliver
top-quality mental health counseling to corporate clients in a
remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize brief, solution-focused interventions to resolve clients'
presenting issues
Ensure safety for clients at risk of harming themselves or others
and provide appropriate referrals for long-term treatment
Maintain up-to-date documentation and manage caseload effectively,
including transfers and discharges
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
required
Independent clinical license required
Experience providing direct clinical services and solution-focused
therapy
Knowledge of treatment issues and EAP services
High-speed internet and a quiet home office setup for telephonic or
video appointments
