Job Description:
A company is looking for an LMS Canvas Help Desk professional to
support end users in higher education.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and IT departments to
resolve technical issues
Maintain online support ticket services and ensure a user-friendly
online education experience
Provide level 2 support for escalated issues and assist in
monitoring knowledge bases and processes
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in education technology or a related
field
1+ years of full-time work experience in higher education
supporting faculty in online courses
Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with learning
management systems like Canvas or Blackboard
Customer service experience adhering to service level
agreements
Associate Degree in education technology, instructional design,
information technology, or a closely related field
