Senior Talent Resourcing Partner - Guidant Global
Position objective:As a Senior Talent Resourcing Partner, you will
deliver the best talent across the Guidant customer portfolio while
taking the lead in reporting, client escalation resolution, and
supporting the wider Talent Resourcing Team. You will drive
fulfillment and provide service excellence to our customers
(clients, candidates, workers & suppliers) by embracing a
promised-based culture. You will manage the recruitment life cycle
across multiple client accounts and build strong, long-standing
relationships with our Customers, Candidates, and External
Partners. You will act as an ambassador for Guidant Global,
ensuring that our values and guiding principles are upheld in
everything that you do and that any action taken continually works
towards achieving 'high road' recruitment practices while actively
driving the company business strategy.

responsibilities:
- Provide expert to expert hiring manager experience by providing
external market insight into the best talent, route to market, and
leverage best practice methods to sourcing talent.
- Provide a quality, highly engaging, and consultative
recruitment service to clients in line with the requirements of the
client and company.
- Take the lead in reporting, ensuring that all relevant data is
accurately recorded and presented to the relevant
stakeholders.
- Resolve client escalations in a timely and professional manner,
ensuring that the best possible outcome is achieved for all parties
involved.
- Support the wider RPO Team, providing guidance and assistance
where necessary.
- Be focused on achieving recruitment delivery in line with
client KPI's and SLA's.
- Provide advice on best routes to market, including guidance on
salaries where applicable.
- Ensure all job vacancies are fully qualified with the hiring
manager/decision maker.
- Obtain full job specifications (including H&S info),
assignment information (AWR, pay rates, etc.), and person
specifications from clients, maximizing each opportunity for
placements.
- Work with the client hiring community to forecast recruitment
needs to enable a proactive approach across our customer base.
- Conduct talent heat mapping across your market area to enable
constructive conversations to be held.
- Create and maintain talent pools where direct recruitment is
appropriate.
- Be proactive in redeploying talent across customers as
assignments come up for renewal.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders across
Impellam Group to drive and optimize group fill.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with relevant external
supply partners.
- Manage the feedback and interaction between Supply Chain
Partners to secure the best talent for a customer's (both internal
and external).
- Ensure feedback is provided to all relevant stakeholders
involved in the process in a timely and constructive manner.
- Consistently provide an outstanding candidate & worker
experience.
- Develop and continually review an applicant attraction strategy
that is fit for purpose to ensure that client requirements are
met.
- Prepare and facilitate the ongoing attraction, selection, and
recruitment of suitably skilled candidates, ensuring optimum levels
of workers are available to meet the client needs.
- Accurately match candidates to vacancies to meet client
expectations.
- Screen, interview, assess candidates in line with the company
and client standards where applicable, ensuring a detailed
understanding of their job and career requirements.
- Proactively arrange interviews, ensuring full candidate and
client briefing/de-briefing takes place with constructive feedback
provided.
- Manage client, candidate & supplier expectations throughout the
recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure that all relevant worker checks have been completed
prior to organizing interviews or placing on assignment.
- Conduct all pre-placement activities - including confirmation
of offer, 1st day arrangements, and placing the worker into the
assignment booking on the relevant technology platform.
- Accurately maintain all aspects of the contingent workforce
data to enable management information to be given/presented to the
client.
- By working closely with the candidate engagement team, ensure
all workers have signed contracts and are aware and comply with
company, client, and statutory requirements.
- Embrace technology to deliver in a better way.
- Drive creative marketing approaches, in conjunction with the
Guidant marketing team.Service Delivery
- Embody the principles of Golden Thread, ensuring candidate and
worker relationships are maintained, in order to reduce worker
attrition rates and re-deploy workers at assignment end.
- Ensure data accuracy across all systems and candidate
records.
- Responsible for obtaining an accurate and up-to-date record of
key client-specific policies and procedures by interacting with the
relevant CSM.
- Ensure adherence to all current employment laws, legislative or
otherwise is maintained.
- Ensure effective communication with the workforce, clients,
colleagues, and suppliers and that best practice is shared.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with
Guidant key customers (colleagues, candidates, clients &
suppliers).
- Gain clients' trust and develop a deep understanding of their
business through client meetings, service reviews, etc.
- Manage recruitment fulfillment and delivery requirements in
line with company and client SLA.
- Maintain and develop market and best practice knowledge.
- Effectively and professionally manage issues and queries to
resolution or escalation.
- Regularly review customer satisfaction levels.
- Proactively build and maintain strong and collaborative
relationships with CSM's, Delivery Coordinators, and subject matter
experts across Guidant Global.
- Undertake other duties and projects as required.
