Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Lead Architect responsible
for engineering and architecting technology solutions to support
business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure performance, operational reliability, data integrity, and
security of applications
Engineer and architect custom software solutions and create
documentation for system integration designs
Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and maintain current
application stack while communicating with project management
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a
leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or
equivalent work experience
Effective leadership skills and ability to manage technical
resources
Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development life-cycle
Experience with cyber security practices and implementing security
controls
