Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Contracting
Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical aspects of the Contract Lifecycle Management
(CLM) system implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational
objectives
Serve as the main technical point of contact for implementation
activities and maintain ownership of the CLM tool
Design and implement integrations between the CLM tool and other
enterprise systems, and provide ongoing technical support to
end-users
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise technology
implementation, particularly with CLM technologies
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Deep technical development and integration skills, including APIs
and workflows
Experience in legal operations or corporate legal environments is
preferred
