A company is looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Partner, Director, and Professional level searches
Conduct consultative intake calls with HR and hiring managers to understand role requirements
Develop search strategies and establish talent networks to attract qualified candidates

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
3+ years of experience in Executive/Partner/Managing Director recruiting
Experience in the Professional Services industry preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
