Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Payroll Specialist
responsible for payroll and HRIS functions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process biweekly payroll data in Workday, ensuring
accuracy of timesheet submissions
Process salary changes, bonus payments, and maintain HRIS system
data
Administer payroll audits and monthly benefit reconciliations, and
interface with employees and vendors
Required Qualifications
Workday Payroll experience required
3-5 years of proven work experience within an HR/Finance Department
with a strong Payroll background
Experience processing multi-state payroll for over 5,000 employees,
including Canada
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including VLookup
and formulas
