A well-established hospital in Nebraska is actively searching for an Interventional Radiology RN Supervisor to join their team.
The Interventional Radiology RN Supervisor will join a healthcare facility in Western Nebraska that has been serving the region for nearly 100 years. In this role, the Interventional Radiology RN Supervisor will report directly to the Administrative Director of Ancillary Services. They will work collaboratively with the Nurse Manager and lead a team of highly skilled and experienced RNs and Radiology technicians. Supported by this dedicated team, the IR Nurse Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the radiology department. Their responsibilities will encompass overseeing patient care, managing staff schedules, implementing best practices, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Interventional Radiology RN Supervisor will contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care delivery and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Their leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care within the department.
