QMAP and/or Caregiver - Large Senior Living Community

Role Overview

Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan.   • PRN - requires working 2 shifts a month
  • shift coverage for:
    • Day shift
      • 8 hr (6a to 2:30p)
      • 12 hr (6a to 6:30p
      • Evening shift
        • 8 hr (2p to 10:30p)
        • Night shift
          • 8 hr (10p to 6:30a)
          • 12 hr (6p to 6:30a) Responsibilities
            
            • Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
            • Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
            • Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
            • Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care (if QMAP) Qualifications
              
              • Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
              • Ability to work as a team and also independently
              • A love for seniors
