Companies in the U.S.ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:Responsible
for the preparation compounded sterile products using and related
activities under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy. Assists
in the supervision of IV technicians, interns and other support
personnel.Responsibilities: Essential DutiesAdheres to all policies
and proceduresPrepares compounded sterile products using aseptic
technique and CAPS Standard Operating Procedures. Ensures pharmacy
compliance with rules and regulations of the State Board of
Pharmacy and other regulating agencies.Reviews orders and
prescriptions for admixing and dispensing. Resolves order
discrepancies and problems with customer pharmacy personnel.
Provides after hour On Call coverage.Participates in CAPS
Continuous Quality Improvement Program and performs Quality Control
functions as assigned.Assists in successful pharmacy operation:
troubleshooting equipment problems, ordering supplies and
maintaining inventory. Maintains positive customer
relationships.May supervise IV Technicians and interns; reviews
works for accuracy while ensuring compliance with CAPS SOPs. The

responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors
that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions;

-Education/Experience/Training/Etc Required:Bachelor's degree or
PharmD required.04-06 years related experience required.Applicable
industry/professional certification required.Regular and

needed, On-call hours as needed, Valid Pharmacist licenseWhile
performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is
