A company is looking for a Distinguished Engineer - Product
Management - Payments Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic vision for integrating Blackbaud
Payments with third-party platforms
Identify and establish partnerships with potential third-party
platform partners to enhance payment solutions
Incubate and scale new business models to drive growth in
Blackbaud's payments capabilities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, product
management, and strategic leadership roles
Proven track record of successfully incubating and growing new
business ventures
Strong understanding of the social good technology ecosystem, APIs,
and payment processing
Experience navigating large matrixed organizations to drive
positive change and innovation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
