Job Description:
A company is looking for a UI/UX Design Director.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the design process from insights gathering to
prototyping, ensuring a focus on customer experience
Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to collaborate on building
new customer experiences
Utilize design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma, to
develop and implement design strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or related
field
10+ years of relevant design experience, with 5+ years in the
healthcare sector
Mastery of experience design capabilities including UX design and
journey mapping
Proven track record in leading design processes and driving change
in complex environments
Experience with enterprise design systems and Agile
methodologies
