Education Specialist job description is in alignment with the
Association of Nurses in Professional Development (ANPD). ANPD is
the practice and thought leader for nursing professional
development and the specialty practice organization upon which
education specialists base their professional activities. ANPD has
identified six core standards of practice on which this job
description was heavily influenced: competency management,
education, role development, orientation/onboarding,
research/EBP/QI, and collaborative partnerships.At our Center for

team performs approximately 3500 surgeries per year within these
specialties ENT, Urology, Ortho, Plastics, and General Surgery. Are

needsQualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Masters of
Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent with post-master's
certification in education
- Experience: 5 years of clinical pediatric experience. Previous
surgical center experience preferred.
- Certification(s): BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association
with at least 6 months left before expiration is required upon
hire, American Nurses Credentialing Center(ANCC) or Magnet approved
certification.
- Licensure(s): Current Colorado RN License. Responsibilities

Salary InformationAnnual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per
week): $97,718.13 to $146,577.19
Hourly Salary Range: $46.98 to $70.47
